“Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless”

“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur! I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive……

“The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”

“Located next to the Putra Jaya MRT station so super convenient for going anywhere in KL. Comes with both AC and fan. You can buy bottled water in a vending machine in the lobby. A big minus was the elevator. Very slow so there is always a line in the lobby waiting to go up and it takes forever and is super crowded every time I take it.”

“Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. ”
