SPECIAL SPECIAL! New listing pricing!
This home was just finished in 2021 and we enjoyed it for the past year before listing! Everything is new. Our home has a open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms. Large smart TV’s in master bedroom and the living room with cable. We have a new air hockey game in the living room for the family to enjoy! The top level deck is oversized with glass panels for the railings to make it extra nice to relax and watch the river flow by from any one of the outdoor spaces! The kitchen is a dream which has double sinks, a large island with bar seating, a wine fridge, a fully stocked coffee bar and much more! The lower deck is great for sitting closer to the river with gates that lead to our private dock or a gate that opens to allow you to walk down to the shore to swim, float, set up beach chairs and easy up etc. The property is fully enclosed with block walls on the sides of home and wrought iron across the bottom. Our home is in a No Wake Zone which allows for great swimming/floating!!

Our family, of 5, stayed here for the 4th of July with our 4 dogs and we loved everything about this place. The location was perfect we did haul our jetskis and they had parking as well as docks down the street. The house was so comfortable and had all the amenities. The number one thing we did say is how absoutely clean it is!

Great Rental!

The house was VERY clean and furnished beautifully. It was really nice to have a private dock and small beach. The appliances are new and updated too. We had such a great time. We had a large group of 9 people and stayed for 5 nights so we ran out of kitchen trash bags and laundry detergent, so bring your own if you think you'll need it. There are 3 beach towels provided and several bath towels. I couldn't find the iron or hair dryer so you may want to verify with Cindy if those are available. Overall, awesome experience. I highly recommend this owner and property!

Trust me, it's worth it - you won't regret it!

The home was everything listed plus some! The location was perfect for our needs,it was close to local attractions and the access to the river was a plus. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful time and felt truly at home. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank to the host Cindy for going out of your way and having someone deliver an air pump that was needed for our water toys.. we will be back

Cindy, is super helpful and always answers my questions quickly. The house is beautiful, clean, smelled good the moment you walked in, the views are great and you have your own little beach. The drive to the casinos is not bad at all just under 10 minute drive. I can’t wait to go back.

Can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. We went with young children and the beach area was perfect for them to play in. We loved the location, especially the no wake zone. The house was clean and very nice. And Cindy was fantastic and very responsive.

BEST 4TH OF JULY EVER!!

This home, and thats what it felt like, was spotless! Very cute, clean decor. Communication with the host, Cindy was very easy. We had family and pets that were coming and going and she was very understanding. I think she was more concerned that we were having a great time than anything else! She also has friendly neighbors and the no wake zone was a plus!

Our stay was Amazing and Great Memories were made in this Gorgeous River House. It was Beautifully furnished and super clean. The location is perfect, the beach area was awesome, the neighbors were great (Cocoa too) and Cindy made it all so simple. We will definitely be back!

Summer getaway...

Great spot on the water inside the no wake zone. Had a great time floating, star gazing, and paddle boarding. Great outdoor areas and the inside felt brand new. 20 and 21 year were never bored... Had a few little things during the trip and Cindy was very quick to get back to us. All had a great time.
