Looking for a place to relax

Really enjoy the stay here was able to relax and enjoy the benefits of being right on the river. Already trying to plan my next trip and to rent both A and B for the whole family to stay and have a great time. Communication was awesome all my questions were answered within a few moments, just a great place to go.

Exactly as advertised. Owners very easy to contact, replied quickly and resolved the only issue I had (Wi-Fi quit). Would book again if going to the same area.

Wonderful Stay and Experience

This property is clean, like new and very comfortable. It is also equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. It is located right on the water and is close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping and Laughlin. We will definitely be back again. the hosts were a simple text message away if we needed anything and answered our questions right away.

Relaxing

It was exactly what we were looking for... a get away to relax. The weather was cooler so there were definitely no people around. Im sure the summer time is a little busy but what a great place. We look forward to going back in the summer time.

Nice little spot

Overall a Very Nice Rental for the Price. Very Clean and Well Kept. Only Negative was the Water Level during most of the Day. It is a Two Story property so you might have to share the Deck and Dock with other Guests if Booked on the same weekend. We were the only guests that weekend we stayed so very Quiet and Peaceful.

Simply Gorgeous!!!

This property is so beautiful. I would sit on the couch and look out and think I was looking at a painting. It was that beautiful!!The home has everything you need and more. RV and Annee have thought of everything. The place was sparkling clean and everything is new. You can walk to restaurants and stores. It is a great location. I didn't ever want to leave.

I would never stay there i left after two days place was dirty the dock had concrete blocks around so you couldn't dock my boat and no where to park my trailer.I would never stay again Amd dont let the pictures fool you.

2nd Time Around

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay. Although there were some issues with cleaning and missing dishes and silverware, the host promptly addressed my concerns by arranging for someone to clean the space and provide the missing items from the upper unit.Later, I had the pleasure of meeting the host, R.V., and we engaged in a wonderful conversation. I learned that he is a Veteran—thank you for your service.My stay lasted for three nights, and we made the most of our time there. We rented a small boat, which we were able to dock at the property. This allowed us to explore Katherine's Landing, sail on Lake Mead, and later enjoy an evening on the river.If you are seeking a quiet, peaceful place to relax, I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to rent again soon, and this time I plan to bring my entire family, as the property offers both upper and lower units that can comfortably accommodate a larger group.

comfortable home

The home was very comfortable and had all the amenities as described, as well as extra cleaning supplies and toiletries. The view is beautiful from the balcony. The hosts were excellent about keeping lines of communication open. We really enjoyed our stay and got to know a nice couple staying upstairs. I would however recommend not going in January as the winds can make for some very chilly days. Want to also mention there are stairs leading down to the lower level, so it is not handicap accessible.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 days for my 35th Birthday. This was my 2nd time staying in a house rental and let me just say wow, completely easy and satisfied. We stayed on the lower unit and loved every minute of it. Not only does Annee and RV have a beautiful, clean, river front rental with the option to rent one unit or both. Their communication was absolutely perfect. They made this process so simple and easy for us. Any questions or concerns we had we just contacted them and within minutes they reply back to us. Right on the river

It was so nice. Place was very clean. Communication with owners was perfect, had a little hiccup...but it was fixed right away. Stores where close the unit was everything pictures on the website

This place was simply amazing! We all loved the bottom unit due to the easy access to the dock!
