The area was quiet, the complex was gated, and the amenities were excellent. The washer for us was a definite plus! Nearby there's the park, and the location was good for the event at the coliseum I attended.The photos do make the place look about 5 times as big as it is, just a heads up! It is really just a bedroom and bathroom, though the kitchenette was very handy and well equipped.Back yard could definitely use some owner TLC.
