The room didn't have a fridge nor a safe. The toilet seat was a danger as it kept moving in use. Apart from that it was a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

A great stay

A really beautiful hotel with very beautiful views. Very comfortable beds and a big spacious room. Would recommend a stay here and I would stay here again.

Beautiful location and views of the sea. We had a great stay, all three of our rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the bar and there was a lot of choice for breakfast - including make yourself waffles :)

My stay was quite enjoyable, I feel the hotel would need an update. Shower was not great doors getting stuck other than that it was good. The food was lovely plenty of it and it was good fun. Staff were very nice

Beautiful views, great location to walking trail and beach. Dining was good but there were lots of children which wasn’t a big deal just something to be aware of. Live music was a fun touch!

The outside location was beautiful! But…We did not like our room at all though. Our outside window faced someone else’s window. It seemed very creepy. We did not have a view at all ! Our room seemed dark and outdated. We did not like our room at all!

The location and the main areas are very nice. However, the rooms are very outdated. The beds are uncomfortable. The restaurant is ok but not what you’d expect.

Ghastly en-suite

Friendly and helpful staff. Food good. Dreadfully outdated en-suite a real let down: chipped paintwork, mouldy grouting, primitive shower and facilities. Total contrast to the public areas which were up to date, comfortable and well presented. A good hotel sadly let down by the standard of the rooms.

Admired the quality of furnishings in the lobby and the quality of the rich carpet. The lanterns in the hallways added an ambience to the lighting. The house keeping staff were warm and friendly. They work really hard and you can see that they keep the place well. Very hard working. The gentleman in the spa, pool, sauna, steam room facilities was so kind and helpful. Thank you.

We checked in at 7:45 only to learn the swimming pool closed at 8. Then we made it to our room booked for three people to find everything set up for two. We tried to call down but the phone was broken. We were so tired and laid on the beds to then realize the wedding going on below was right under our room and the swinging door banged directly under our beds reverberating up. Oh yay. We went downstairs to see what could be done and they tried to keep it propped open but it never lasted long. Then the band started up. The evening staff were mortified and apologized but asked us to deal with the day manager. We did this in the morning but she was unperturbed and would only offer us free drinks before leaving - at 10am in the morning. In fairness, the breakfast was excellent.
