The hotel is 4 star but has the amnities of 5- stars hotel. The location is great. The staff is amazing, nice and helpful. Self parking is available. The room service is slow. We did not try the breakfast or the resturant. It’s nice staying there. I do recommend this hotel.

The only thing that eased the trip was the classy and wonderful treatment from the reception staff. They were truly excellent. However, the hotel is far below its rating. The villa we stayed in was gloomy and in need of maintenance. Honestly, it was a shock. But as I mentioned above, the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff made it more bearable. We stayed for the night, but we will not repeat this experience at this hotel again.

The area is amazing very walkable with so many dining options and the staff are trying their best to be hospitable, our check in experience was fast and hassle free. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options and eggs made at request. The rooms were massive like an apartment with full fledge living room. The AC is not central so it was a bit loud but the windows are blocking b any noise from outside. The room was not cleaned for the entire time of my despite having the please make up my room turned on all day for 2 days in a row.

Perfect stay

Difficult to find, road not yet on map, nice and welcoming staff, excellent room and extraordinary dinner buffe. Excessive breakfast. Not often you feel so welcome in a hotel.
