"Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable."

They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. "Room was very comfortable and huge for our family of 4. We stayed in XL comfort room. Very clean and service was friendly. We didnt have breakfast but the breakfast area looked lovely. There was complimentary mulled wine in the reception area which was a nice touch. Location is great, right by tram stop. It was about 30 mins walk to the cathedral xmas market and other markets were all about 15-20 mins if you prefer to walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops closeby. Had a fantastic weekend visiting all the xmas markets, the hotel was beautifully decorated and very xmassy. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
