"Charming Hotel with Wonderful Hospitality! What a charming place to stay! The rustic building is full of character and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and the bartender was absolutely excellent. So friendly, personable, and great at what he does! It’s the perfect combination of rustic charm, great hospitality, and delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hidden gem!"

"Great experience considering the situation. A motel is minimal offering and minimal expectation. Thats said, the room was definitely clean and very roomy! Much larger than I was expecting. Bed was comfortable and a selection different pillow types to choose from for personal comfort. Jackie at the front desk was the only employee I came into contact with (she promised there were other!. LoL), but she was super helpful with getting set up and answering any questions, needs, or concerns during the stay. Overall, was concerned about staying in a motel (Im a bit snooty and like high end hotels) but was very pleasantly surprised here. If I return to the area would absolutely consider staying here again! In addition, Lancaster's downtown/ main street was small but adequate. A few good restaurants, a couple of coffee shops, all nicely maintained and stylish. All within a walking distance."

"The host was wonderful. Cabin was very clean. Perfect place for dogs with the pen. House is very well stocked with quality items. The lake view. Is incredible as is the lakefront. we stayed there in July too. Great spot, great place. Thank you Brendan!!!!"

"When you imagine a perfect Vermont inn experience, The Rabbit Hill Inn checks all the boxes. From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming staff greets you, gives you some history of the Inn, and a tour, then shows you your beautiful room. The rooms have a classy New England charm, with attention to detail including snuggly robes, a magnifying lit mirror to put on makeup, and our room was appointed with a working fireplace. The breakfasts and dinner at 24 Carrot were fabulous, fresh, tasty, and again with attention to every detail. The staff consistently over delivered on service the whole stay, taking time to really get to know the guests. It is the quintessential Vermont inn venue!"

"The wood would not burn despite lighting it multiple times with the starter and kindling. It still wouldn’t burn after the staff came and lit it. My suggestion is to try starting the fire on cold evenings very early."

"We loved the hut! It was clean, adorable, and convenient. Special shout out to the comfortable bed and well supplied kitchen. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay at Lake Willoughby.The one issue we did notice was the couch smelled like a previous guest had let their wet dog sit on it so it was basically unusable. When combined with the lack of good seating on the front deck area (a table and chairs out there would be really nice), there was no good place to sit and hang out. However, since it was mostly a homebase for other adventures, it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall an excellent stay!"
