This is a perfect hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was so nice. The room room was very comfortable and clean. I made a mistake with my booking but the staff was so kind and fixed everything for us. They are very helpful and accomadating. I highly recommend thjs hotel.

Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect from the entrance to the exit, the hotel staff were very caring and helpful, we left very satisfied, special thank for receptionist Mrs. EROL BILGINER and Mr. GIZEM DEMIR for their kind and warm wellcoming. Breakfast was very good as well as location.

Amazing and well priced!

Very pleased with the service and what you get for your money. The room and bathroom were super clean, and the breakfast was so delicious and all you can eat buffet with a good variety of fresh fruits, veggies, cereal, protein, dairy and even soup! It would have been nice to have the “filtre kahve” option instead of the Nescafé machine but all good. But again, the price you pay for this hotel is very convenient compared to all other options in the region. Most hotels in the city center are overpriced and far from clean. We walked for 3 hours visiting hotels before booking and Grand Turkuaz is by far the best option in the price range.

There were big problems with Wifi and the door key card, you have to renew your Wifi and the key card every time. The elevator did not work as it should, the door was opened 3-4 times until it worked. The room was not fresh and the soap rack was broken and not filled with soap or shampoo. there was no restaurant in the hotel

A recommander pour un court séjour

Hotel très correct avec un personnel accueillant et parlant anglais. Possibilité de garer un véhicule et le personnel s'en occupe. Un peu éloigné du centre animé (30 mn à pied)mais l'hôtel propose une carte pour manger sur place. Petit déjeuner correct

Berbat bi otel

Otelin odaları çok kötü çok karanlık odadaki yatakların örtüleri lekeli ve yırtıktı eşim ben ve 10 yaşındaki kızım ile konaklamak için gittiğimiz odada seyyar yatak iki kişi için bile küçük olan oday konduğundan oda da adım atacak yer yoktu. Yan yan yürüyebilmek için sandalyeyi kombisinin üzerine koymak zorunda kaldım. Ve bu şekilde konaklamanın mümkün olmadığını düşünerek gece otelden ayrılarak başka otelde konakladık. Sonuç olarak maddi ve manevi olarak hiç memnun kalmadık. Osanın resimlerini çekip yorumlara ekleyemediğim için çok pişmanım.

Haftasonu 2 çift 1 gece konakladık. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, içten ve kibardı. Otele girişimizden itibaren hızlı ve profesyonel bir şekilde her başvurduğumuzda bize destek oldular. Otelin konumu merkezde ve bir çok yere arabayla sadece 9-10 dk mesafede. Şehir turu yaptığımız için bu özelliği işimizi oldukça kolaylaştırdı. Bunlar haricinde malesef otelin eşyaları ve temizliği tamamen sınıfta kaldı. Eşyalar eski, üstlerinde lekeler var ve kokuyorlar (özellikle koltuklar ve perdeler). Biz sigara içilen odalar istedik, bu nedenle olabileceğini düşündük ancak daha önce de bir çok otelde sigara içilen odalarda kaldık hiç birinde bu kadar yoğun bir sigara kokusu daha odaya girer girmez bizi karşılamyordu. Gece ise koku ve havasızlıktan cam açmadan yatmak imkansız. Yatağımız aşırı yumuşak, adeta kalın bir süngerin üzerinde yatıyormuşuz gibiydi. Arkadaşlarımızın yastıkları çok sert ve kalınmış. Onlarda 2 yastık varken bizde 4 yastık vardı. Hizmet standardını yakalamakta da zorlanıyor gibiler. Havlular çok eski ve kirli görünümlüydü. Mecbur kalmasam elimi bile silmezdim. Ve benim için malesef en kötüsü banyonun kirliliğiydi. Eski olmasını anlayabilirim ama derzleri kararmış, duş başlıkları su lekeri ve kireçle kaplanmış duşakabin, bir iki el yıkamada etrafa su değdikçe kiri orata çıkan (ovularak temizlenmememiş) lavabo, su lekeleriyle kaplı aynayı anlayamıyorum. Temizlenmediği oldukça belli olan bir banyoydu. Eşyalarımı koymaktan çekindim ve her kullandığımda malesef içim kalktı.
