The hotel has very unique features. Right from when you step into reception, its amazing. The forest view is so relaxing, the paths to take a walk on,is what just the person needs. Otel yeni, her şey tertemiz hiç kullanılmamış gibi ancak oda sıcaklığı son kalite olmasına rağmen yetersizdi. En yüksek derecede klimayı açmamıza rağmen bütün gece üşüdük, soğuktan uyuyamadık. Onun dışında tesiste alkol hizmeti bulunmuyor. Kış konsepti olan ve yabancı zincir bir otelde alkol olmaması garip bir durum. Kahvaltıda masalarda peçete yoktu. Çay kahve içer misiniz diye soran da olmadı. Hizmet kalitesinin geliştirilmesi gerekiyor acil. Sadece fitness ve yemeklerden memnun kaldık.

A state of art luxurous hotel. It was a sanitorium for tuberculosis patients before around 80 years that has converted to a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location with a very cold weather. Great dining options. Two things that i didn't like in this stay that i need to menion 1) booked three rooms and was surprised by the reception to hold 27000 TL for the stay. Not a single hotel did that to me which does show a lack of trust to the guest of this hotel 2) we had an incident in the first night of stay. A fire alarm was triggered and woke up all the guests at 6 Am. When we inquired the reception, they said a guest was smoking in the room. This was clearly a lie as a huge amount of smoke came from the wooden oven. Throwing the blame to guests and not assuming responsibility is unproffessional. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay, and would recommend staying in this hotel.

Güzel bir deneyim yaşadık tavsiye ederim otelin spa bölümü ve havuz biraz soğuk biraz daha ısıtılabilir yemek sunum alanı biraz daha geniş olabilir masalarla çok iç içe Otel konumu hizmeti konforu havası ile mükemmel

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, room was a bit cramped but well-equipped.Turkish hamam in the SPA was terrible, but at least the manager offered to re-book the appointment or offer a breakfast buffet as compensation, so that was nice.

Merhaba, otel ve hizmet cok guzeldi. Odaya cikolata ve kuruyemis ikrami yapildi. Spa bolumundeki hanimefendi cok kibar ve nazikti kendisine tesekkur ederiz.
