The room was HUGE and so lovely, new and clean. The staff were lovely! The bed wascomfy and big, the towels were plentiful and there was no noise even though it was in the middle of Seomyeon. The location was great - 3 min walk to the subway station, and tons of restaurants and convenience stores close by. And the rooftop with coffee and tea was a beautiful addition. I arrived a bit too early for checkin and I was able to sit back and relax with a coffee with a lovely view while I waited. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely book again next time i’m in Busan.

The location is good near the subway, eateries and Lotte shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious, even the toilet. Only drawback is that the shower is not able to separately close off from the rest of the toilet, so the whole area is always slightly wet.

the hotel may be a little old now I assume, there were some flaws in the room, but everything was kept clean most of the time (on one of the towels were a few stains), the staff was very friendly and the hotel is very close to a metro station, which helps exploring the city

The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring, which made my whole trip feel warm and welcoming.
