“Lovely hotel and within easy distance to Southside of Glasgow. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. Room was nicely decorated and spacious. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the bar staff were very good at recommending food and ensuring we had everything we needed.”

“Abbiamo dormito qui poiché avevamo un volo presto di mattina, è molto comodo visto che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal. La camera è abbastanza grande ma mancava un appoggio per la valigia. Manca anche un mini bar e acqua in camera. Il bagno è abbastanza grande ma mancano completamente set da bagno. Insomma è buono solo per dormirci. Abbiamo poi preso un dolcino al ristorante, dolce buono ma cosa molto apprezzabile è che ci è stato fornito il libro degli allergeni quando abbiamo detto……

“we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto……
