    This stunning property offers something for everyone. Whether you want to relax by the creek and take in the beautiful surroundings or take advantage of all the community has to offer, there is never a dull moment.

    Inside, the professionally decorated home boasts an open floor plan perfect for gatherings. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, ideal for cooking up delicious meals. The spacious living room features a cozy fireplace and large windows, allowing for plenty of natural light and stunning views of the creek.

    The 6 bedrooms are all well-appointed and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for 20 guests. The bathrooms are all modern and spacious, providing ultimate convenience for large groups.

    Outside, the deck and patio are perfect for enjoying the peaceful sounds of the creek and the serene backdrop of the woods. With plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill, it's the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation.

    But the true highlight of this property is its location. Situated in the private Saw Creek Estates community, you'll have access to an array of amenities, including 4 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 2 large whirlpools, the 'Top of the World' restaurant, a Tiki Bar, 8 outdoor and 2 indoor tennis courts, indoor racquetball court, an outdoor volleyball court, ski slopes, a baseball field, basketball courts, a fitness center with a free-weight room, walking trails, A lake featuring boats canoes, and kayaks available for rent.

    The property is conveniently located 1 mile from the Top of the World complex, which features indoor and outdoor pools, a whirlpool, indoor racquetball and tennis courts, a gym, and a restaurant.

    The rental includes 6 amenity passes, with the option to purchase an additional 6 passes directly from the community for an extra fee.

    Attractions:
    Shawnee Mountain ski area is 10 miles away, Camel Beach water park and Camelback ski area 30 miles. Outlet stores 25 miles. Bushkill water falls 10 miles.

Great big house with tons of activities — pool table, ping pong, poker table, jacuzzi, creek, and even a volleyball court. It’s a great place for a group getaway and there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained.The only downside was the acoustics. You can hear pretty much everything throughout the house, so sleeping can be difficult unless everyone goes to bed around the same time. Communication and coordination within your group is definitely important if some people want to stay up later than others.

The home is on a beautiful piece of property, but the amenities in Saw Creek Estates are anything but luxurious. They are fine…average, but not as described on the internet. The house has adaquet sleeping areas, but the kitchen is EXTREMELY small. We were a party of 11 and found the small refrigerator and lack of counter space challenging. It’s ice maker, oven and dishwasher under performed. Bummer.The communication with the owner was fantastic, but details like having to haul your own garbage bags in your car to the dump, a lack of “fobs” that let you use the amenities (only 6 are provided and it costs 120 a week to purchase one), and the endless stairs and crazy layout really took away from the experience. It was an ok experience, but we would not come back to this house or to this community.

Great place for a big group!

This property has everything you need if you want a nice get away with multiple families! The house is extremely spacious and clean! The game rooms and huge yard are a plus! My friends and family are already trying to figure out another weekend we can rent this house again!

Beautiful grounds

This spacious modern looking house held our ten adults and six children comfortably. The creek and wooded lot were exceptional. The owner was pleasant. We would definitely rent this home again.

We where a group of 16. (7 adults and 8 teens aged 14-18). there for an end of season ski trip for my daughters 18th bday. Property was nice and as pictured, although the kitchen is small, and the main living room couch needs to be replaced its like sitting in a hole. Traveling with teens the gameroom and sunroom where important. Both spaces where too cold to enjoy, it felt like being outside. For us wasted space.Personally I dont think bunk beds should be in the master bedroom. Better placement would have been one of the downstairs bedrooms.

A family reunion gathered together for a wedding of one of their own from 9 cousins! 94 year old grandma and 4 year old great grandson were there. Loved the big gathering space for all. It was a great time!!!! Thank you!

Fun weekend stay!

Girls weekend on a beautiful property! The kitchen is a little more snug than the photos implied but it worked. The mattresses were firm which some appreciated, but some weren’t a fan of but that is a personal preference. We had plenty of space to spread out and have a cozy fire at the fireplace!

Family getaway

A nice big house with lots of amenities for a wide range of ages. House was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is small but has plenty of plates and cups/ pots and pans when cooking for large group. Could have used more towels. Communication with the host was easy and very timely.

Nice place

The house was large enough for our family of 18. The property offered some fun things, like a fire pit, a stream, and indoor/outdoor swimming and tennis, in addition to a large park and a fishing lake. The only sub-par items were cleanliness, basement level humidity, and sound level in the open areas. We enjoyed all other aspects of our stay.

We were a group of 19; 10 adults and 9 children. Loved the creek, hot tub, fire pit, playing volley ball, game room and poker table. Took canoes out on lake and fished at both with success. Hiked at Bushkill Falls and rode terrain vehicles at Pocono Raceway. Suggest to include linen for loft pull out, and supply more towels, toilet tissue and kitchen ware. Thanks for the memory. .
