Introducing the most spacious, luxurious, and peaceful 6,000 sq ft home in the Pocono Mts. Featuring a private saltwater heated pool, sauna, and hot-tub. Our villa can sleep up to 20 guests. Villa Fodera is perfect for get-a-way retreats, weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, or peace and relaxation while spending time with family and/or ones self. Villa Fodera is one of the most technologically advanced homes you'll ever find. A 1,000 sq ft lounge is located on our 4 acre property.
The space
Free Horseback Riding
Yes, we have horses, and they are free for you to ride! The stables are located across from the community entry gate at 5257 Mink Pond Rd. Bushkill, PA 18324. You need no reservation! Riding tags are in the silver decorative suitcase in the foyer. Just grab a tag for each rider, and report to the stables. Their hours of operation are generally from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Talk to Cole (the Manager) and tell him that Shelton sent you.
Full Home Alexa...
Alexa is in every room of the house. Just talk to it and ask her questions and she will respond. Begin with: "Alexa...[then ask your question]". Alexa will also set alarms and reminders for you, as well. Alexa can also be used as an intercom system. Just say, “Alexa, Broadcast on all devices…[then state your message]”.
Television...
Every bedroom has a 65" Samsung SMART TV. All televisions have YouTube TV. After you turn on the TV, navigate to YouTube TV and sign into “Villa Fodera” or just sign into “Shelton”. Villa Fodera has a bundle package, which consists of the following: Max, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, Cinemax, STARZ + MGM+, and 4K Plus. Netflix is also preloaded on all TVs. Amazon Prime can be found on a few of them as well. The television in the living room can be played through Alexa for enhanced sound. Downstairs, the 65" closest to the garage door can be played through the standup speaker next to it. Just turn the speaker on and the TV will automatically connect. Consider Villa Fodera as your home away from home, while watching your favorite shows!
ARCADE...
The video games may be turned off. Just swipe right on the "on/off" button and allow the system to boot up. Our inventory team may have turned on the games prior to your arrival. Each video game has approximately 12 to 14 separate arcade games included.

Villa Fodera experiences the ultimate water purity with AQUASURE 70, 000 Grains Whole House Fine Mesh Water Softener and Treatment. Our system is a comprehensive 8-stage solution that ensures the highest level of water purity and protection against contaminants. The water system is equipped with 3 filtration systems. The water is first filtered through a general filter process, then goes through reverse osmosis, then through an ultraviolet filtration and sterilization process. The water is then softened to make your skin feel like silk. Yes, you can drink it!
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are equipped with cell phone docking stations, a safe, alexa, 65" TVs, and voice control lighting, just to name a few.

Equipped with home phone, fax, wireless printer (paper is available). Take care of your business while away from the office!
Pool / Spa / Hot Tub
The pool is a salt water "heated" pool! The heaters are turned on to 70 degrees. It's perfect! To sit in the Spa, turn on the breaker, then the power to the Spa, and operate the "up" and "down" arrows for your desired temperature. Please turn off the breakers after use. The hot tub is available for your enjoyment, as well. For the best experience, enjoy a night swim. Do this by turning off the flood lights, then turn on the pool lights. Swim under the stars on top of the mountain. Who can say they’ve done that before?
Mountain Biking and General Spinning
Two (2) mountain bikes, 1 cruiser, and 1 kids dirt bike are located on the back patio within the posted storage locker. These are for your use, as well. They were purchased on the last weekend of June, so they are new. Enjoy them; however, Villa Fodera and its owners do not assume responsibility for incidents that may occur while riding.

Villa Fodera guest will have unlimited access to the entire home, except:
Detached Garage
The detached garage is reserved for the maintenance team, the inventory crew, and our environmental group. Unfortunately, we allow no access to this area.
