"We had a wonderful stay at this lodge in Entebbe! The location is truly special—right on the lake and only accessible by water taxi, which makes it feel like a peaceful escape from everything. "The property is quite an unexpected find in the area. Enjoy the delights of a pool, soon to be ready gym, decent bar undecisive between reliving the 40's and honouring the today's and of course the excellent cook; truly deserving the title Chef. The mattress may be a bit hard for your liking, however, the night's sleep is guaranteed mosquito free thanks to the good mosquito nets around the bed. "Our group loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and had king size beds. The staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating. The view of the lake was a huge plus. The owner was nice enough to provide a swing on our porch so we could enjoy the views. The food was my favorite part. They provide free breakfast menu which was delicious! We loved it so much we booked our last night after safari there. Highly recommend this stay. "

"There are apparently 'executive suites' which my wife viewed and thought were beautiful. There are also those that are less expensive and not executive. We stayed for four nights in the less expensive one. At first there were a few things that we had hoped to see but were not in the room however the management and staff (Henry in particular) did everything possible to make our stay better and provide the room with some things that were lacking.
