Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, close to the beach, family really enjoyed the trip, the place could have been cleaned better before our arrival and general attention to detail for example oven cleanliness, dirty / looks like Mould in the top fridge seal. Outdoor furniture dusty and visible cobwebs on the balcony

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lack of aircon in the home, nothing at all downstairs, so very uncomfortable trying to sleep on a few nights. Also the BBQ was dirty so not usable .

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: location great for beach and boat ramp. House layout great. Cleanliness was on the poor side with dirty couches and outdoor furniture that clearly hadnt been cleaned in a long time given all the spiderwebs, BBQ was very old and could do with replacing and given its marketed as 'Luxury' it certainly does need some of these factors addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was divine... quiet and peaceful. Close to beautiful walking paths and also the water. There was no noise or disturbance from neighbours and it was close enough to towns to shop for necessities. The ensuite needed some repairs, mainly in the shower area from water damage, but beside that the property was in great order!
