The Space:

Surrounded by 2.47 acres of native bushland, this light-filled retreat offers a spacious layout and tranquil setting, making it ideal for families and groups to relax and reconnect.



Designed for easy entertaining and relaxed family getaways, the main living area brings everyone together in comfort. Sink into the lounges after a day at the beach, gather around the breakfast bar with your morning coffee, or prepare shared meals in the fully equipped chef's kitchen with quality appliances. Savour long lunches and memorable dinners around the dining table, or retreat to the expansive sunroom, where a second dining area, comfortable lounge seating, and peaceful bushland views create a tranquil setting to unwind. A separate cosy living area provides a quiet retreat for adults to enjoy a book or movie, while children stay entertained with a selection of toys, books, board games, and jigsaw puzzles.



The primary bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary, complete with a king-sized bed, private deck access, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite featuring a double vanity and shower. A second bedroom with a queen bed also enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite, while the remaining three bedrooms each offer two king single beds, making them ideal for children or friends travelling together. These bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom, complete with a bathtub and separate shower.



The expansive wraparound balcony overlooks the surrounding marri and jarrah treetops, offering peaceful places to enjoy a morning coffee, afternoon drink, or barbecue while watching kangaroos graze, and native birdlife move through the bush. The spacious backyard gives children plenty of room to run and play in the fresh country air, with cricket, croquet, and Finska sets provided for hours of outdoor fun. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit beneath the stars and soak up the tranquil surroundings.



Reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and a full laundry with a washer and dryer ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Quindalup offers a peaceful, scenic escape just a short drive from the calm shores of Geographe Bay. Spend your days strolling the 10 kilometres of sugar-white beaches, paddleboarding, or relaxing at local cellar doors like Happs Wines, known for its self-serve tastings and pottery gallery set amongst picturesque gardens.



Nearby, you'll also find the Quindalup Boat Ramp, perfect for a swim, fish, or launching a paddleboard, along with Flametree Wines for another relaxed cellar door experience. Take the kids to the popular Simmo's Ice Creamery for a treat, or head seven minutes to Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club for a round.



Within about ten minutes, you'll reach Dunsborough town centre, where cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and everyday essentials await. Meelup Regional Park is just a 14-minute drive away, offering calm, family-friendly waters and scenic coastal walks, while the Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands Experience is around ten minutes away, showcasing an impressive underground cavern filled with stunning stalactites.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of the region and explore nearby beaches, wineries, and attractions with ease. Dunsborough town centre is around ten minutes away, while Busselton Margaret River Airport can be reached in 32 minutes by car.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement:

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Pet Policy:

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



A porta cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Please bring your own cot linen and mattress protector.



This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided.



Please note the home also has a Minut monitor device installed.
