Situated just a 200m stroll from the tranquil waters of Dunn Bay, this fantastic holiday home is nestled amongst beautiful peppermint trees on a huge corner block in one of the nicest streets in Dunsborough. Only one street from the beach, with an easy direct beach access walkway, and a short walk from Dunsborough's best shops, cafes and restaurants, this is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday escape and an excellent base from which to explore the picturesque South-West coast of WA.

The spacious house offers a huge open plan living area with an expansive garden area (plenty of room for your boat) and undercover patio with a bbq.

There is plenty of space for the whole family with three double sized bedrooms with built in robes (queen beds in the first and second bedroom and two king singles with trundles in the third bedroom). Please note: the fourth bedroom is currently not available for tenancy until council approval is received to increase occupancy to 10 people.

Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and a third shower is located in the laundry to provide a quick wash down after your morning swim.

There is ducted air conditioning throughout the house and a reverse cycle unit in the main bedroom. The modern kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry and wrap around stone bench tops. A wide selection of kitchen appliances are provided including a nespresso machine (with starter pod pack) and sandwich maker.

Free wifi, tv, video and a wide selecton of DVDs, books and games are available. All linen (except beach towels) are provided. A high chair and booster seat can be provided upon request (no additional cost).

Seabreeze on Peppermint provides everything you need for a wonderful break in Dunsborough and the South-West.

Southern Getaway

We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze on Peppermint. Brought visiting family to explore the area. The property is beautiful and very well equipped. I loved the outdoor area with the luscious lawns and trees. Would definitely be back soon.

Great house in a fantastic location.

We all loved this property. It’s very spacious, neat and tidy and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - on a nice quiet street and a very short stroll to the beach. The only negative is the deck area which is in desperate need of some TLC. If the owners could address this it would definitely be 5 starts from us!

This is a quiet location a couple of minutes walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to town. The house was clean but needs some maintenance. The second bathroom is very confined in space. Kitchen has everything needed.

Lovely long weekend

The owner was very welcoming and responded quickly to all messages. The house was well kitted out - lots of kitchen equipment, lovely smelling soap in the bathrooms. Great location - 20 minute walk into Dunsborough town and about 2 minutes to the beach.

Lovely well equiped house

The property is great, we will stay again. Has everything needed there and is a quick walk through the laneway across the road and you are at the beach. Only thing I can pick at is that there is a pizza oven outside and log fire in side, but no wood is provided for either. We had to buy wood. Considering it cost us $600+ per night (inc fees) we feel this should be provided. Owners did offer to reimburse us for the wood, but we didnt bother.

Great location House was messy beds not made, cleaner did come to change however he was telling someone on the phone house was full of people and he's Not happy so we could hear everything. Back Garden hadn't been cleaned In a very long time .so wasn't pleasant sitting out there. So sat out front my partner weeded the front garden beds She couldn't help herself. Overall it was OK

Perfect family holiday home!

Our family of 4 loved staying here - immaculately clean, modern stylish decor, comfortable, great outdoor areas for relaxing and playing, and even came with great selection of books and games. Home is an easy walk to beach down walkway, and comfortable walk to town. Steven was fantastic to deal with, even checking in with us to make sure all was ok after arrival. And this was the cleanest holiday home we've ever stayed in! Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely house in perfectly quiet area, 1 street back from the bay.

We came to Dunsborough for the Easter long weekend and made a last minute booking for the family: 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 extra adults came for a night. I had to request an extra couple of nights on the original booking and the owner Tash was very accommodating and quick to get back to me. The house is very nice and spacious and even with all of us in the house there is enough lounge and bedroom space. There are 2 bathrooms and an extra shower in the laundry incase you need to wash after a visit to the beach. There were plenty of dvd's and board games, some still in their packages. The house is clean and neat and the carpets plush. The yard was great for the kids to run around in and there was plenty of parking on site. Just a note, we also visited Forest Adventures 20 mins away which was well worth it if you're looking for something to do.
