This 3-room holiday apartment (****) with a large south-facing balcony is ideal for 3 adults, 2 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults who would like a second bedroom. It was completely renovated and modernly furnished in May 2016.

The open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and oven is fully equipped. The master bedroom (with an additional flat-screen TV) has space for a double bed (180x200 cm) and a cot. The second bedroom is furnished with a modern single bed (90x200 cm). The interior shower room is small but modern.

The large south-facing balcony (approx. 12 sq m) features garden furniture and a sun lounger. It offers a lovely view of the lush garden. Wi-Fi, a bicycle shed, a parking space, a cot, and a highchair are included.
