La Villa è un posto speciale dove trascorrere una vacanza meravigliosa e rilassante, un luogo magico immerso nella natura dove potrai ritrovare la tua energia naturale. Un luogo dove volgendo lo sguardo all'orizzonte si può "assaporare" una immagine senza tempo. Situata di fronte al Sud, ad oltre 350 metri sul livello del mare, proprio nel mezzo del parco naturale del Monte Serra, la proprietà dispone di 6000 metri quadrati di uliveto e frutteto, completamente recintato, con due cancelli d'ingresso ed ampio piazzale per il parcheggio. La villa si trova molto vicino al grazioso villaggio di Buti (un villaggio di origine romana). E' una bella zona turistica, con oltre 12 ristoranti (il più vicino si può raggiungere in 5 minuti a piedi), molte caffetterie ed un piccolo mercato alimentare, dove è possibile acquistare del buon cibo toscano BIO. In estate il villaggio ospita molte manifestazioni, un bel modo per incontrare la popolazione locale. Il posto è strategico per un turista, siamo a 30/40 minuti in auto per tutte le principali attrazioni della Toscana; Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Vinci (casa di Leonardo da Vinci) e nello stesso tempo è anche possibile raggiungere il bel mare della Versilia e Forte dei Marmi. Se non vuoi spostare la tua auto, la villa è perfetta. In effetti sarebbe difficile non passare del tempo nella nostra meravigliosa piscina di 12 x 6,5 metri, con una profondità che va da 1,2 m a 1,5 m. La piscina è attrezzata con giochi d'acqua e idromassaggi ( impianto di massaggio ai piedi, nuoto controcorrente, cascata dalla montagna con piccola piscina per bambini, 2 letti geyser, cannone ad acqua, doppio idromassaggio) che lo rende una vera e propria vasca termale. E' anche circondata da flussi d'acqua vaporizzata per godersi il sole senza soffrire la temperatura calda. La casa è molto confortevole, c'è un barbecue esterno ed un forno per pizza, un portico di 9 x 5 metri dove gustare le vostre cene, una smart TV da 65 pollici, una sauna, perfetto per il momento di relax (l'uso della sauna non è incluso nel soggiorno). La casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, tutte con letto matrimoniale. Nella camera a piano terra è aggiunto un letto singolo. Ci sono due bagni, uno al piano terra (con doccia) ed uno al 1° piano (con doccia). La cucina ha un fornello ed induzione, completamente elettrico, quindi non c'è il gas in casa. Tutte queste cose rendono la nostra Oasi la sede perfetta per la tua vacanza in Toscana. Ideale per amanti della bici. Su richiesta è possibile avere i seguenti servizi: soluzioni di cottura cibi "on demand" con cuoco locale, basate su quattro menu - lezioni di cucina con cuoco locale su "pasta" e "pizza"- Noleggio bici da strada e/o mountain bike con o senza maestro o accompagnatore

A stunningly beautiful property with amazing views. This was our 2nd visit in the last 8 years and the owner has made a few improvements such as adding A/C but without compromising the Tuscan charm. We love this villa!! A particular highlight was a local chef Daniela coming to prepare a delicious 4 course meal for us - including the best tiramisu we’ve ever had! The property was excellent for our family group of 4 adult couples. The bedrooms were all spacious with good facilities. The general villa had all the amenities required and had plenty of cooking facilities and utensils. The pool and the view were superb and we had great experiences using the bbq grill and wood fired pizza oven. It is well located for access to local towns and cities. Volterra and Lucca were our favourites but we had a must see morning in Pisa which was very busy as expected. The local town of Buti had some lovely bars and restaurants offering excellent quality and value. The only downside to the location is the necessity of a car to get into Buti where parking can be an issue. But the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you Marco for a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at Marco's beautiful villa, and hopefully not our last! It really is the most comfortable, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The views from the villa are incredible, and the pool is perfect. Buti is such a friendly and easy place with several very good restaurants. It is a great location from which to explore Tuscany, within easy driving distance of Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Siena, and easy to get right into the centre of Florence by train. Marco is a fantastic host, and we loved the olive oil he left us for the 2 weeks we were there. The villa is very well equipped and has everything we needed for our stay. It's one of the loveliest places we've ever stayed in and we miss it already! Thank you Marco!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, was den Bildern absolut gerecht wird. Die Lage und die unvergesslich schöne Aussicht sind einfach traumhaft und die wundervolle Poollandschaft rundet dies noch mehr ab.Tolle Ausstattung auch im Haus, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Wir hatten selten so ein gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und haben nichts vermisst. Marco als Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und unaufdringlich. Ein wirklich toller Gastgeber.Auch Buti ist ein süßes Örtchen und wir haben mit dem Auto auf kurzen Wegen nichts vermisst. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz waren super in Tagestrips zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist dafür einfach perfekt.Herzlichen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen und traumhaft schönen Urlaub, Marco!

Marco’s villa is beyond beautiful! Seeing it in person, it was absolutely stunning. The Mountain Views, the surrounding olive groves, the goats we could hear in the distance, the crow of the rooster; the flowers, lemon trees, and the rosemary that seemed to grow everywhere! There are truly no words to describe how beautiful this place is. The village of Buti is charming and totally off the beaten path. I am so glad we picked Marco’s place to stay at. We used the wood burning pizza oven and it was such a wonderful experience. The pool was amazing. The beds and linens were high quality and comfortable.Hosts were very responsive when we needed something. I would return in a heartbeat.

Traumhafte Villa

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Marcos Villa. Das Haus ist ein Traum, toll ausgestattet und der Ausblick ist wunderbare. Das Pool ist sensationell. Alles ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben einmal die Köchin Daniella gebucht und haben sehr gut gegessen. Marco und sein Team sind großartig. Marco und Giulia waren immer erreichbar und super nett. Italien pur fernab von Touristenspots! Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Man ist schnell in Pisa, Florenz, Lucca und am Meer. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Es war einfach sensationell.

Wir hatten das große Glück, unseren Urlaub in einem traumhaften Ferienhaus in der Toskana verbringen zu dürfen – und wir können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön inmitten von Olivenhainen gelegen und bietet eine absolut entspannte, idyllische Atmosphäre. Überall findet man liebevoll bepflanzte Terrakottatöpfe mit Blumen und Zitronenbäumchen, was dem Ort ein authentisches und mediterranes Flair verleiht. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt und sehr sauber – vom Garten bis zu den Wohnbereichen.Ein echtes Highlight war der Pool: glasklar, top gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen an heißen Tagen. Die großzügige Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, sei es beim Frühstück, einem Glas Wein am Abend oder einfach nur zum Genießen der Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft.Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an unseren Gastgeber Marco – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns da. Noch ein absolutes Highlight war Daniela, die Köchin, die uns mehrfach mit typisch toskanischen Gerichten verwöhnt hat – jedes Essen war ein kulinarischer Genuss! Unterstützt wurde sie von Virginia, deren charmante Art das Erlebnis abgerundet hat.Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort für alle, die Ruhe, Natur, authentisches Essen und echte Gastfreundschaft suchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nothing has been left to chanceMarco has thought of everything to make your stay memorable as well as so many amenities . We would be remiss if we did not mention Giulia who is fluent in English and a wealth of knowledge. Olive trees abound, and from the moment you arrive to the day of your departure you will be enchanted with this stunning Tuscan villa. This is clearly a place which has been meticulously cared for. It is perfect as a home base to explore the cities of Tuscany. We especially loved our morning coffee overlooking the achingly beautiful view from this mountainside villa. On our last evening we had the pleasure of learning how to make two different pastas from Chef Daniela and Virginia. Both enjoyable and delightful. From the careful attention to detail in the landscaping to the tasteful interior design and decor to the impeccable cleanliness, this place is perfect for a Tuscan getaway. The photos on the website are definitely accurate although for us it is much more beautiful in person.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Marco's villa for 1 week. The villa was exquisite, exactly as described. The location of the villa makes it easy to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and San Gimignano. The view from the villa is beautiful. Everyone in Buti was very friendly and many people understood English, which was surprising.

Perfect Tuscan Home

This was our first trip to this region and it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were traveling with our three grown children and this house was roomy and comfortable and very clean. The interior was a great mix of modern with a traditional flair. The setting was absolutely beautiful with the views of the valley and the pool and the olive trees. The landscape and exterior spaces were impeccably maintained . We traveled in early October so the pool was a little chilly but it was still nice to sit beside. We did day trips to Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and San Gimignano. The location was perfect and even the small town of Buti was fun to explore. Marco was easy to communicate with and helped answer all our questions. Check in was quick and easy. He even helped arrange Daniella to come cook a delicious Birthday Dinner at the house, which was a highlight of our stay. Her food was amazing and I would definitely recommend taking advantage of this opportunity. We ate outside and were able to enjoy our perfect setting. We loved everything about this home and would love to come back again. Thank you Marco for sharing your home with us and letting us create memories we will cherish forever.

Owner Marco and his wife were so welcoming, responsive to any needs and had suggestions for restaurants. We had a few issues that were taken care of immediately. The location in Buti was perfect as a base to see Tuscany. The town itself was small and had a few good restaurants, markets for food, and was walkable with a bit of a hill to come back. Parking in town was easy too. To find the villa initially was challenging but the remoteness was part of the charm. It was quiet an had a nice view of the valley and the town of Buti. Great sunsets. The villa itself had 1 bedroom downstairs and a shared bathroom with the living areas. Upstairs were 3 bedrooms all sharing an upstairs bathrooms. Very comfortable. The common areas had a well stocked kitchen with any cooking needs, a comfy living room, dining room with a table that seats 8. More comfy chairs might be nice. Outside was another beautiful table that seated 10, and other seating areas for lounging. The pool was nice but I do wish it was heated. No hot tub. Great lounge chairs and pool towels. A fire pit would have been nice too for late nights outside. Easy parking. Laundry was available in the house. We had a nice chef cooked dinner by Daniela that could be arranged with Marco. She took care of the prep, service, and clean up. Such a treat and pretty good Italian food too. She will also do a cooking class if you want. All in all, a great vacation for us and 3 other couples. Would definitely book again.

Perfect

Absolutely beautiful villa in every way. The property is equipped and maintained to the highest standard without exception. The outdoor cooking space made it perfect for evenings on the terrace with views over Buti and the surrounding area. The pool is amazing - we struggled to get the children (and grown ups) out of it! The location is perfect for access to so many ‘must see’ places. We visited Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence and Cinque Terre during our stay. Some of our family also took a trip to Rome by train from Pisa. Our stay was to celebrate a special occasion as a family and a local chef recommended by Marco came and cooked us a wonderful, authentic Italian meal. Marco is the most welcoming and gracious host and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend this beautiful villa highly enough!

Einfach nur spektakulär

Wir hatten wundervolle 8 Tage in diesem einmaligen Haus. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und somit war immer ein frischer Wind trotz hoher Temperatur. Der Pool ist gigantisch und sehr sauber. Wir konnten sogar ein Sub benutzen. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich zu jeder Tageszeit aber am schönsten in der Nacht. Es ist alles sehr schön beleuchtet. Wir haben den Innenbereich kaum genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war reibungslos. Check in und check out waren easy. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten als Freundesgruppe einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang war super, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte alles was man brauchte. The perfect family trip

I still remember the overwhelming feeling when arriving the first time and just looking out on the view from the terrace. The house itself is perfectly cleaned, has lots of room and is just the most beautiful home you could imagine. However, even though the house is perfect, the outside areas is the best I've ever tried. The different levels has a fantastic effect and all meals outside on the terrace was a joy. I could go on about how great everything is, but it is something you have to try for yourself. The host is the lost accommodating and the communication is easy. Just book already - I'm definitely going back without a doubt!

Paradise

We spent two wonderful weeks at Marco's house. Everything has been thought of, and more. Nothing was missing, from spices, to soap, to great beds, etc. The exterior dining area was so pleasing, with the spectacular view of the mountains and Buti below. The pool was enormous, warm, and well equiped. We spent a lot of sunny days there. It was always with pleasure that we came back from our day trips. Thank you Marco and Giulia! I am already missing your place.
