New build! Detached, ground floor bungalow (built in June 2020) for 6 people, free WiFi, own approx. 276 sqm plot, fenced, completely tiled except in the 3 bedrooms (carpeted), all windows have fly screens, walk-in shower, each bedroom has a TV.
3 bedrooms with beds at ground level: 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200, 2 bedrooms with 2 x single bed 90 x 200, large living room with 6.5 m window front to the floor, bathroom with walk-in shower, 2nd bathroom with flat shower tray, covered sun terrace with garden furniture, parasol and awning, carport and further parking space behind, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob, storage room washing machine.
The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (including passenger / bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m² inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 m² sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties).
The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 metres away.
In the idyllic holiday village, away from the traffic, there is the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1000 m² play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.
