「On the edge of downtown so area was a bit gritty. Bonus points: restaurants, museums, sport venues all within walking distance. Garage right across street is super convenient with in/out privileges, nice! Room I stayed in was a bit worn, but the price was right and the host very responsive.」

「Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me.
