"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."

"We had gone to the meadowlands for a concert and needed a place to stay the night. Apt was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in process got mixed up and I was given the wrong apt number. It was very late when we arrived, 12:30 am, but the property manager answered my messages and even called us to help us get into the apt and apologized for the mix up. The reason I didn’t rate this higher is you can’t control the thermostat. It does say it in the reviews but it had been a very hot day...

"I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond helping me and my daughter to use public transportation and it saved money and headache. Informed us about things to do and visit. I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. "My family was down for the Spartan race weekend. The property is in a perfect location for proximity to the mountain, as well as Beaches and playgrounds for the kids. It comfortably fit four adults and two kids, and the fenced yard was great for the dog. Michael is a thoughtful and responsive owner, and we are looking forward to staying again next time we are down."

"Great location and perfect for our base for a trip to The Big Apple! 5 minute walk to Brick Church train station and less than 30 minutes later we were in Penn Station in Manhattan! The place was clean and updated. The in apartment laundry was a great feature. There was only 1 parking space reserved but there were several spots behind the Family Dollar. The host was great with communication."

"Our stay at Maple ave was great!! When we arrived it was a quiet dead end road with curbside parking. The instructions for getting in were super clear, when we walked in everything looked perfectly clean, and the amenities were great for a short stay for a concert at MetLife. It took us approximately 15 minutes to drive from the apartment to the parking lot of the stadium, which was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!"
