We had a great stay at Elevate Ella Resort and Spa. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning mountain views and a very nice pool area. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Worst hotel in this universe
The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide ...
