3 bedroom house that is 10mins ride to Gaisano Mall & the city proper
The house is typical for those who wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood and is good for couples or solo adventurers, family with kids, business travelers, big groups and even with pets.
No alcohol is allowed for the purposes that we are located in a subdivision and excessive consumption might create disturbance with the neighbors.
There is a space for parking of two cars, at most, although the subdivision's road fronting the house can be used as well.
The place is ideal for long stays but for those who will be for short stays and would wish to have the daily house utensils like dining, kitchen, entertainment and the likes, it will be at added costs. But we are open to recommendations.
House bills- Rent doesn't include house bills that every (1) week of stay entails Php 2000 deposit for electricity and water bills. Php 7,000 prior to 1 month's stay and thereafter although once the bills will be received, the extra amount will be refunded else what's more than the bill will be paid by the guest.
Php 150 will be added to the daily rent up to six (6) days in the air conditioned rooms or Php 100 to the daily rent minimum of 1 day to maximum of six (6) days for a minimum 2 - 3 pax in the AC room, Php 50 for the medium room and P25 for the small room.
The kitchen has: a stove, pans and ladles, knives and board. Stove use will be billed according to the number of persons and days that per day use will be charged at Php 25 per 2 persons/day.
Water heater is available at the kitchen when warm bath is required. Warm shower will not be available as of this time.
Additional amenities maybe provided when asked but maybe with additional fees.
Improvements outside the house are still ongoing since the owners will convert it later as their abode when they decide to quit overseas and stay home for good.
