“Karen's house was wonderful. This was the perfect house to enjoy the Outer Banks. To start, Karen is very responsive to email. She answered my emails within about 30 min and was accommodating. The house was very clean, and there was a thoughtful little bag of some cleaning supplies left for us (including paper towels, toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and a small bar of soap).
