Semi-detached house "Kapitani", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. In the hamlet Brnobići 2.5 km from the centre of Hum, 5 km from the centre of Roč, 11 km from the centre of Buzet, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 40 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 900 m2, swimming pool (20 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 5.1 km, pebble beach 40 km. Ground floor is closed and not occupied.
3-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Living/dining room with 2 sofabeds (80 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room 26 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 170 - 300 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, hydro massage bath and air conditioning. Forced-air heating (extra). Deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit viel Privatsphäre

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet für 5 Personen ausreichend Platz. Mit mehr als 5 Personen wird es in der Essküche evtl. etwas eng. Der Poolbereich ist super. Die Vermieter haben uns ganz neue Liegen hingestellt. Wir haben Gabriel von der Vermieterfamilie kennengelernt. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt etc. Sehr nett. Von den Vermietern bekommt man ansonsten nichts mit. Am Meer ist man in ca. 30-35 Minuten.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Übergabe war schnell, unkompliziert und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist abseits und ruhig, so wie wir es wollten. In näherer Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen.
