「We came for the St Jude marathon. This place worked great for us. Clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it is extremely close to a very busy street, you can hear traffic when you're in the bedroom. I'm a light sleeper and needed my white noise background to block out the traffic noise. One other positive, although described as an apartment, I would call it more of a guest house. You don't share walls with anyone.」

「My daughter had a baby shower in Memphis. This flat was the cleanest vacay home i have seen. i loved that it was gated, They had everything that you would need inside the flat. There are many restaurants near that were great as well. We are already planning our next visit since my daughter is here and we will stay here when we return」

「My aunt and I visited Memphis. Our apartment was close to everything. The gate enclosure made me feel safe. I have rented from vrbo many times, but never have I had a host so easy to work with. Tim and his team responded to my questions almost immediately. The space was perfect for two people. We visited during unusually frigid temperatures and was grateful for running water and heat. I would stay here again.」

Only issue was that the apartment is directly above a recording studio. Folks were recording music until midnight (which was pretty loud). Other than that, good place to stay and take in the sites!」
