Guest will have access to the entire home and private pool and yard, and double garage with remote control.

Byron Bay is globally known for its beach and shopping culture, a town like no other. For a little retail therapy, the girls will love Spell & The Gypsy across the road. To curb your hunger, all guests will love Bay Grocer which is diagonally opposite the driveway exit. At Lomani Eleven you are centrally located close to the town centre, shops and beaches.

Pets must remain outside. If pets go on furniture and carpets additional carpet and upholstery cleansing fees will apply. Please bring poop bags with you and ensure lawns are left clean.

No smoking inside.

Please note that under the 2020 STRA Code of Conduct a guest must not create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises. We trust that you will assist us to remain compliant with noise regulations. In the event that the quiet hotline are called and attend to a noise complaint there is a $200 call out fee.
