“Was what it was expected”

“This was a clean, nice stay. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was hot and good. Our Wi-Fi did not work well though and that was our only complaint. ”

“Great hotel stay! Love the vibe and museum! Quiet, comfortable and clean. Love that they use mattress covers. Helped give me peace of mind. Staff was super friendly. Only downfall was that parking was expensive and didn’t realize there was a $100/night fee for incidentals. ”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“Amazing hotel from top to bottom. We only stayed a night but if we come back to STL, this is where we’ll stay. ”

“Only downside was that there was no air conditioning and a smell of garbage near the elevator on the first floor.”

“We really appreciated the eraly check-in. The hotel was in a good walking distance from Union Station. The room was clean besides a spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The only let down was the website indicated the property had a pool but NO pool on site :( Also, we had to pay $15 to park on-site and was told to park in the rear of the building because they were chardging folks $30 to park in the parking lot due to a local event. All, in all we probably would not stay here again due to……

“Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”
