「Hotel is not like in the pictures. It is old and needs to be updated. Staff is very helpful when ask questions. Not allow to assist like local calls or bus station call to check the schedule times. Not recommended for next customer」

「每次到薄遼基本就只會選擇2間飯店，Saigon Bac Lieu雖然年份比較久，但是服務也是比較有經驗與完善，旁邊有便利商店，走路5分鐘有個夜市，存在很多美味的當地料理，所以地點非常方便！」

「The hotel was very dark and dirty. Everything in the room was broken down like door lock that the key was dropped inside the lock mechanism after insert in, faucet was loosened and drawers were sagging down. Hotel was running by a kid as front desk receptionist. I checked in then left right after I saw inside the room and dark hallway. I rather lost my money then staying there. Unsafe environment and filthy with dust. Avoid this hotel and should not listed on Expedia website period.」

「飯店是乾淨的,整排單樓套房隔音還算可以,Wifi雖然每房間都有但是微弱的,早餐要現煮也沒得挑剔.雖有泳池卻是都要花入門卷也皆為小孩的人造浪遊樂區,還有小型動物園,狗跟貓也算是欄內觀賞的? 這次我是訂三個晚上,但我沒住完,因為來接我的司機被擋在離飯店100米的地方,接飯店的客人也不行,外來車輛進入,說每次都要有過路費,這甚麼規矩,我們都很不愉快,我還要玲著行李走100米去坐車....,真是如何促進觀光的!!」

「Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com. Bad experience 」
