「Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay.
The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat.
And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask...

「I stayed one night in Room 519, directly opposite the lifts. Despite requesting a quiet room, the lifts sounded like a V8 Supercar taking off until around 1am, then started again about 6am. I was sick and exhausted, so it made for a terrible night’s sleep.
On the plus side, walking into the room initially felt like stepping onto the set of a Pedro Almodóvar film – bold colours, dramatic styling and wonderfully cinematic. Personally, I think it would have been even more striking had they kept...
