「The listing on Expedia said this facility had an indoor pool that could be enjoyed year round with a picture of the pool featured prominently in the listing. This was the specific reason the I chose to book this hotel. In fact the pool is only open in the summer, even though it is enclosed. The listing also said there was free individual shuttle service to the airport available 24 hours a day. This was also not true.
