「The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit.」

「Nous avons été très bien reçus, c'est notre deuxième séjour à la maison des Augustins. Le cadre est idyllique, l'accueil chaleureux, les hôtes sont adorables. Le petit jardin intérieur est calme et ensoleillé, les chambres ont ce charme à l'ancienne tout en étant parfaitement équipées. Nous recommandons aux amateurs de beaux endroits d'y séjourner.」

「There is no parking area near or adjacent to the hotel and you have to walk 10 minutes and park in a public carpark. The front of the hotel is a pedestrian zone from 1400hrs and no car could enter to drop off luggage.」
