O ap é bem localizado. O proprietário é bem atencioso. O prédio é seguro. Tava tudo limpinho. Porém fui surpreendida pq não havia roupa de cama nem de banho. O fogão está em péssima condições, o forno não funciona. Falta muitos utensílios de cozinha, .... A sauna não funciona.

Essa foi a minha primeira locação deste tipo, sempre tive receio e preocupação. Resolvi tentar e para minha surpresa foi muito melhor que eu imaginava. O Dráusio e uma pessoa muito muito gentil e atencioso. O apartamento superou minhas expectativas tudo funcionando perfeitamente,limpeza impecável, piscina e salão de jogos nas mesmas condições localização perfeita. Obrigado !!

O apartamento é exatamente como esta nas fotos, o prédio é super tranquilo o salão de jogos muito bacana, fui com 03 adolescentes e eles aproveitaram muito, internet funcionando de boa. O Drauzio super atencioso conosco. Pretendo voltar novamente. E indico sempre que puder. Uma sugestão senti falta do microondas, mas o restante tudo ótimo.
