ENCANTADO !!

Encantados con todo, desde la llegada hasta el último minuto de la estadía. Quiero hacer especial mención de la recepcionista y de la encargada del área de la cocina: son tan pero tan amables que su sola presencia amerita una nueva visita a la posada.

We needed late check out. Some people was allowed to, we did not. So, we had to bathe in cold water at the shower by the pool before leaving the hotel. It was very uncomfortable.

Camas ruins, espaçosa, porém vc deita, e afunda, mto usada, p/ quem tem problema de coluna! É péssimo. No banheiro, por diversas vezes surgia minhocas-grandes, vindas do ralo.

Equipe muito prestativa e educada! Local de boa localização. Oportunidades: falta tomadas de energia no quarto! Banheiro com pouca iluminação! Água do chuveiro e pia salgada! A televisão muito antiga com imagem precária! Interfone não funciona! (sem sinal)! cafe da manha razoável! Ar condicionado desliga na varanda pro lado de fora, sem controle de temperatura!

Pousada simples, porém bem limpa fica próxima da rua dos biquinis muito legal conhecer amei, o café da manhã atende, fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Keila na recepção deu várias dicas sobre as praias... valeu a pena.

Precisaria melhor o WiFi da pousada. Quanto ao banheiro, para quem tem pernas compridas fica ruim pois o papel atrapalha. E o chuveiro não era muito bom, saía muita agua forte para uma ducha pequena. O restante estava tudo muito bom. Fomos pegos de surpresa quanto ao pagamento, pois teoricamente era para ter sido 100% pelo site Hoteis.com, porém precisamos pagar 2 diárias no check-out, enquanto apenas 1 passou no site.

Otima hospedagem

Passamos quatro dias na pousada, onde fomos muito bem atendidos com uma recepção otima. Quarto pequeno porém confortavel e limpo. Café da manhã bem servido, com tudo necessario e tudo super fresquinho. Funcionarios super atenciosos e prestativos. Comida do restaurente achei Ok, preço justo! Com toda certeza escolheria novamente para uma nova hospedagem.

Pousada aconchegante e bem estruturada

Pousada aconchegante e com ótimo atendimento durante toda a estadia; os funcionários se mostraram muito agradáveis e receptivos, o café da manhã bem variado para diferentes gostos... Enfim, apesar de deixar um pouco a desejar pela localização distante dos principais lugares da cidade, recomendo a pousada e cogito futuras reservas caso haja outra ida à Cabo Frio.

Porto Canal vale a pena visitar

Pousada muito boa. Localização muito boa. Local de bastante silencio.O preço estava excelente para a época. O atendimento do pessoal foi muito simpático e receptivo. . O único inconveniente é que fomos a praia e quando retornamos as 15hs o nosso quadro não estava arrumado. No geral valeu muito a pena.
