「We checked in Sunday and unit was as described. Staff very friendly and helpful with everything. The next day the unit next door started a renovation and was crazy noisy. Contacted host and the next day he got us moved to another unit which I never thought would happen . This host went above and beyond to make sure we got a relaxing vacation . We are very thankful . 」

Concierge was available to help with the dinner reservations and taxis. We had a miscommunication on rates for one thing which they covered.
