“The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a Keurig coffee maker in the room. There is no indoor seating area in the lobby or other locations to meet people and read. There is an outdoor seating area that is very small.”

“I loved the old charm of the house. Lots of creeky floors. It was very clean and well decorated.”

“The staff was as excellent the rooms were well kept up, the only thing that needs to be changed is the pillows. They were very uncomfortable too small they were for children, only not for adults. The complimentary. breakfast was excellent.Other than that, everything was great.Thank you again”

“The elevator floor was dirty & the floor outside the elevator was dirty. The pool was green with algae. I’m not sure how they can call this a “Hilton” property. ”

“The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester”

“The micro describes the building bc it’s not massive. This little hotel blew away our expectations. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were great, food was good although limited, and the location and parking were also great. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but made up for the less room with unexpected storage spots, and great layout. Plenty room for two business men. I’m looking for more microtels, they are an excellent value!”

“Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again”

“This was by far the most comfortable bed we slept in! The whole property was wonderful! In the evening we sat on the rocking chair with bottle of Jack and watched fireflies! Very quiet and relaxing! The only confusing bit was the breakfast, the booking it says it was included but there was no breakfast... unless it was make your own as there was some food in the fridge. No staff present at the property or an information page left In the room. We did find some baked goods on arrival in our……

“The location was good, only a short walk to the town square, but simple things like the faucet in the sink was flopping around all over the place, we asked if the BBQ was OK to use, we were told yes (but they had no gas bottle) and the grill hadn't been cleaned in years by the looks”

“We stayed during banaroo and everything was sold out. This motel was over 250 a night. There was no hot water, poor lighting, our lock was broken and shampoo packs that came in to go ketchup packets. It was clean and the bed were comfortable but not worth what they were charging.”
