CABOURG / NEAR THE SEA AND THALASSOTHERAPY.
In a seaside residence, 2-room apartment with a capacity of 2 people and an area of approximately 22m² with an east-facing balcony on the 3rd floor with elevator.
The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room (with a 140x190 sofa bed and a flat-screen TV), an open kitchen (with 3 electric hotplates, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and a classic coffee maker), a bedroom (with 140x200 bed) and a bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) with WC.
Parking is free in the residence.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.
THE RESIDENCE: Normandy-style residence on the seafront, next to the Cabourg Thalassotherapy Center in a quiet and residential area.

Appartement très petit à cause des sous pentes. Pas de rangements, plaque chauffante dangereuse et cuisine mal conçue. Canape lit terriblement inconfortable. Par contre bel emplacement et balcon agréable quand il fait beau. Ok a 2 maxi sans cuisiner.
