Terrible hotel. Almost nobody speak English. The room and bad are not good, and the food terrible. Room cleaning even worse.

Não considero um resort apesar do rapaz levar as malas até o quarto na chegada, ninguém nos ajuda a tirar malas do carro e nem colocar. Alimentação almoço e jantar após 1 hora de serviço não é “ cuidada” o tempo todo e comida boa porém poucas opções pelo preço cobrado na diária. 70% do time que eu tive contato todas com rosto fechado, sem sorrir exceto tio KARECA da recreação que nos acolheu. Piscina climatizada interna bonita. Cama confortável, toalhas de banho fina comparada a outros Resorts.

Experiência muito agradável. Recepção ampla, bar com vista linda, quartos novos, piscina aquecida, piscina externa com brinquedão para crianças, mini golfe, equipe de recreação grande , comida excelente, restaurante com vista incrível, 2 quadras de Tênnis e 3 quadras de Beach Tênnis. Voltarei com certeza.

O hotel está bem novo e oferece um ótimo custo x benefício. As refeições são boas, quartos amplos, piscina aquecida, piscina climatizada e piscina para crianças. A recreação é bem legal e completa. Os tios estão sempre convidando as crianças para brincar e fazer as atividades. O único ponto de atenção seria para a arrumação dos quartos. Dos 7 dias que fiquei, em 3 dias tive que solicitar arrumação pois já passava das 15h e o quarto ainda estava sem arrumar. E para hospedes com hospedagens superiores a 4 dias, seria válido caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza principalmente do banheiro - pois era claro que só arrumavam as toalhas e o vaso não era devidamente limpo.

Ótima experiência no geral! Hotel novo com boas instalações, belas piscinas e belas paisagens no entorno. Boa comida e recreação bem bacana. Ótimo atendimento no restaurante. Destaque para os monitores NICO, CARECA e CHICLETE. Só achei as bebidas com um preço acima do razoável, mas não interferiu na experiência.
