“This experience started off really badly due to Hotels.com allegedly not having paid the property. We were asked to pay when the owners arrived but after proving that we had already paid, the owners let us stay but were still adamant that they hadn't been paid. Unfortunately, we believe them. I contacted Hotels.com on line who said they would ring the property, which they did but no-one spoke Spanish, so I talked to them. After a lot of time getting nowhere, they told me that the owners needed……
