「I believe the ratings are totally manipulated. The rating should be 7.5, no more than that. Entrance and reception looks like a backpacker hostel. There are NO ELEVATORS. THERE IS A NARROW STAIR. Guest has no control over aircon temperature. The hotel has set it at 26 or 27. There is a thermostat in the room but it does not work.
