Good location - horrible room

The kitchen was too small to use, the balcony door was unable to close at the top, there were bugs in the room and the room was dirty in the corners and under the bed. No power outlets by the bed, all switches were at one place at the entrance. Location was fine, but that’s about it.

No cot available despite booking one

The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us.

Le gros point noir étant le parking car il est partagé avec les différentes écoles de formation alentours. Lit confortable, salle de bain moyenne surtout la douche. Ensemble toutefois raisonnable, malgré le fait que nous avions réservé une chambre de qualité supérieure dont nous n'avons pas vu ce qu'elle avait de supérieurs en réalité.

Bof, établissement franchement pas terrible. La kitchenette mal équipée ( 2 fourchettes et un couteau !!). L'agent d'accueil a du mal à lever sa tête pour dire bonjour...bref, 3 nuits sont bien suffisantes pour ne pas vouloir prolonger son séjour.

Une nuit deux adultes deux enfants appartement hôtel vieillissant et qui manque un peu d'entretien néanmoins gros point positif sur l'accueil téléphonique ou sur place. Cet établissement mériterait d'être rafraîchi un peu mais pour le reste rien à dire literie confortable.

Très décevant dans l’ensemble : propreté douteuse, pas de serviette pour les mains, code d’entrée avait changé, pas été mis au courant, un client est venu nous ouvrir,ouf! Petit-déjeuner très basique, accueil très moyen, prix élevé par rapport à la qualité, bâtiment mal entretenu. Positif: parking privatif. Négatif : télécommande TV ne fonctionne pas. Indigne d’un trois étoiles. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.

Cet appart hotel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Il y a tres peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et pas de prise électrique pour les appareils ménagers. Les rideaux sont en mauvais état. On entend le tramway tard dans la soirée et le mobilier est rudimentaire.

nous avons eu la surprise d'être surclassés et c'est vraiment un beau cadeau: grande suite confortable avec une baignoire,cuisine à part ,lit king size. On pourrait y passer plusieurs jours sans se gener pour vivre .
