「离火车站、景点、购物区近，很方便；房间干净、安静；安全措施到位；不足之处，没有烧开水的壶，不能泡茶，也不能喝热水，夏天尚可，冬天喝冷水，就难以忍受了。」

「Our second stay in Caen but this was our first stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful the gentleman who was on bar and restaurant duty in the evening Was great we thought he was English but it turned out he was French and local but spoke English extremely well. Nice evening meal.」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.」
