This apartment completely overlooks the back of the building.

Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a living room with a convertible sofa 1 place.

You will particularly appreciate its calmness and its view of the garden.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The accommodation is ideally located:
- 100 m from a bus stop;
- a few steps from shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants);
- 5 minutes walk from the Caen Memorial;
- 10 minutes by car from the city center and its essentials.

Please note that there is no traffic noise in the area.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
Caen is a pretty town in the northwest of France, located in Normandy. It is named the "City of a Hundred Bells", like Rouen. City of William the Conqueror and capital of the Duchy of Normandy with Rouen, the city inherited a very rich architectural heritage, partly destroyed during the Battle of Caen. This city will delight history buffs and offer you must-see places such as the Ducal Castle, the Abbey of the Ladies, the Church of Saint-Pierre or the Rue Froide in the old town!

Good Location, could use some sprucing up.

A bit worn out and could use some better cleaning. This property is in a good location to access Normandy sites to the West like Bayeux and Arromanche, not to mention the Caen Memorial. The main bed is very comfortable and the Kitchen is functional.
