“El cecepcionista muy hamable y cordial, hablaba español. Enseguida nos facilito un plano de la ciudad y mos señalo los sitiosas emblemáticos para visitar. perfectamente. La estancia de tres noches fué perfecta, aunque solo ibamos a dormir. Nos gustaria volver.”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the bar opposite to the hotel was too noisy through the night which affacted my sleep.”

“地點一流，在市中心，可步行到很多景點，附近亦有巴士和輕鐵站。前枱服務員亦很有禮。房間整潔。但酒店沒有冷氣，開窗後空氣仍然不流通。而且街道很嘈吵。窗口太大，開窗後不能關上窗簾，早上會被陽光照醒。希望房間能提供足夠的沖涼液。”

“沒有電梯，要自己搬行李，但這等級的飯店，很多都沒電梯，若有限預算，這家還算可以，至少乾淨，附近就是購物街，買東西方便。”
