「This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. 「Beautiful room both in furnishing and decor (room 10). What a great bit of planning to have the bathroom on the floor above to offer some privacy. The bathroom was very spacious and stylish with great water pressure. The host gave a lovely welcome and showed us to our room. The mini bar in the room was 'normal' prices, what a nice suprise! The pub downstairs was very nice where we enjoyed a couple of drinks. The breakfast was really special - I really enjoyed the Turkish eggs. A great spot...

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
