「Lovely 1st floor flat, very close to the beach with easy beach access which was what we wanted. The flat is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we were very happy there was a large fan keeping us cool as it was a hot week! The beds are nice and comfortable, bathroom is large and modern, living room has digital tv and wifi. The host was easy to communicate with and left lots of DVD's to watch if we wanted. We appreciated the welcome package of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and chocolate!...

「We had a long weekend in Starling cottage. It was peaceful, quaint, comfortable and clean. It was a good base to explore the local area and visit our friends in Neath. I would definitely return. 」

「Pod was beautiful, really warm and the shower was fab really powerful and water was hot. The telly is a,smart TV so you have to sign into your accounts to watch anything...just remember to sign out before you leave. The only issue i have is in the information book it had phone numbers of takeaways so we thought we'd have a takeaway on last night, but when i rang they didn't do delivery! It could be because it was a Tuesday but keep that in mind. But it didn't spoil our stay. 」

「Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks. Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. 」

「Very welcoming hosts. Lovely relaxing stay. Cute log cottage. Everything you need to get away from it all. They’re currently improving their large plot of land, but didn’t impact the trip. 」

「My family and I had an incredible time in Wales, and this house was a major reason! Very spacious and comfortable with top notch appliances and a workout room! Next time we’ll book in the summer so we can enjoy the garden more fully! And there will absolutely be a “next time”!」
