「Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess. I did not ask for a refund or discounts, but I believe we deserved one. On our second reservation, we basically had to open the gate and choose a room ourselves. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but...

「Staff were wonderfully helpful. I asked to switch rooms because of street noise and staff came up with a quiet alternative. Parking in a secure lot was also provided upon request. Enjoyed a quiet made to order breakfast.」
