「The room was maintained to a satisfactory standard, and communication with staff via text messaging was prompt. However, the coffee station did not meet expectations due to the following issues:
- The Keurig machine was non-functional.
- The provided creamer appeared to be spoiled, exhibiting clumping and a yellowish discoloration.
While I can provide video documentation of these issues, I have opted not to pursue further action as alternative coffee sources are readily available.」

「The instructions for checking in and the WiFi instructions were incorrect and not updated. The host helped us get in but never responded regarding the WiFi.
Both remotes for the TVs were not working. Batteries missing in one and broken plastic on the other. No a/c in the rooms, only fans. The place didn’t cool down. Overall bad experience considering the price」
